HiWiLL Engineering Solution LLP

Precision DieS, PatternS & Fixtures Manufacturing Solutions

Hi-WiLL has been the preferredĀ precision die, fixture and pattern-making company in India, trusted by manufacturers who can’t afford a second attempt at first-off accuracy.

We design and manufacture plastic moulding dies, pressure die casting dies, rubber moulding dies, casting patterns, core boxes, and custom production fixtures, engineered in-house using Siemens NX CAD/CAM and Delcam PowerShape/PowerMill.

Feasibility First
Every project begins with a review of tool steel, heat treatment, and machining sequence — before design work starts.

About Dies, Patterns & Fixtures Manufacturing

Custom tooling solutions built for manufacturers who export

As a leading manufacturer of dies, fixtures, and patterns in India, Hi WiLL Engineering Solution LLP builds tooling for manufacturers who need precision, durability, and a long service life — whether that tool ships to a foundry down the road or an OEM overseas.

Our scope covers the complete tooling lifecycle: design, engineering, manufacturing, testing, and production support. Every project is designed in Siemens NX and validated in Delcam PowerShape/PowerMill before a single block of steel is cut — so design errors get caught on screen, not on the shop floor.

Our Tooling Capabilities

Plastic Moulding Dies

Plastic Moulding Dies

We design and manufacture precision plastic moulding dies for injection-moulded components across automotive, electronics, and industrial applications — built for long production runs without losing dimensional accuracy. Cavities and cores are cut in P20, H13, or EN31-grade tool steel, with cooling channels laid out around the part geometry rather than bolted on afterward.

Worth Khowing

Ā A balanced cooling layout alone can cut injection cycle time by 15–20% compared to a straight-drilled channel design.

Features
Applications

Pressure Die Casting Dies

As an experienced industrial die manufacturer, we build pressure die casting dies engineered for high-volume production and consistent casting quality — matched to your alloy, shot weight, and cycle-time targets. Built in thermal-fatigue-resistant H13 tool steel for LM6, LM24, and ADC12 aluminium alloys, with gating and venting modelled before the tool is cut.

Worth Khowing

Correct die venting is often the single biggest factor separating a porosity-free casting from a rejected one

Advantages

Rubber Moulding Dies

We develop custom rubber moulding dies for precision rubber components used across industrial sectors where a sealing surface has to be right every time. Compression and transfer moulding dies are machined for NBR, EPDM, and silicone compounds, with parting lines held tight enough that flash trimming stops being a production bottleneck.

Worth Khowing

A parting-line mismatch of just 0.02mm is often enough to produce visible flash on a finished rubber part.

Suitable For
Why It Matters

Shell Moulding Dies

Heated dies for the shell (Croning) moulding process, producing thin, dimensionally accurate sand shells for high-precision castings. Resin-coated sand is cured against the tool face to form a rigid shell that holds its shape far better than green sand — which shows up directly in the casting’s dimensional consistency and surface finish.

Worth Khowing

Shell moulding typically holds tighter tolerances than green-sand casting, with a noticeably cleaner surface straight out of the mould.

Investment Casting Dies

Investment Casting Dies

Wax-injection dies that produce the wax patterns used in the investment (lost-wax) casting process — often mounted several-up on a wax tree for batch production. Because the process casts so close to final shape, the die’s cavity accuracy carries almost directly through to the finished part.

Worth Khowing

Investment casting can hold tolerances as tight as ±0.1mm on small components, cutting downstream machining time dramatically.

Applications

Casting Patterns & Core Boxes

Hi-WiLL is a reliable casting pattern manufacturer, supplying industrial patterns and core boxes for foundry and casting applications — in wood, metal, or a match-plate configuration. Every pattern accounts for shrinkage allowance and draft up front, so the foundry isn’t correcting for it after the first trial casting.

Worth Khowing

A well-built metal pattern can be reused for thousands of mould cycles before it needs rework.

Applications

Precision Fixtures

Our tooling division manufactures custom fixtures designed to improve machining, assembly, welding, and inspection processes — built around the part’s own datum scheme, with quick-change locating elements where a line runs more than one variant.

Worth Khowing

A well-designed fixture can cut machine setup time from around 30 minutes to under 5.

Benefits

Prototype Tooling

Soft tooling — often aluminium or mild steel rather than fully hardened tool steel — built to prove out a design and a process before committing to a production-grade die. It costs less, machines faster, and gets real sample parts into your hands for sign-off before the expensive tool is cut.

Worth Khowing

Prototype tooling can cut initial design-validation lead time by more than half compared to going straight to production tooling.

Design & Engineering Capabilities

Built in Siemens NX. Validated in Delcam.

Every die, pattern, and fixture is designed in Siemens NX CAD/CAM and validated in Delcam PowerShape/PowerMill — the same software standard used by tooling houses supplying European and North American OEMs. For overseas customers, that means design intent survives the trip from your drawing to our machine, with nothing reinterpreted along the way.

Services Include

From first sketch to signed-off tool

Reverse Engineering Support

From a sample, a drawing, or a 3D scan — when no digital file exists.
