Founded in 2006 by Mr. Rajesh and Mr. Chirag, Hi WiLL Engineering Solution LLP began its journey as a precision die-making and engineering component manufacturing unit in Rajkot, Gujarat. What started as a focused workshop operation has grown, over 20+ years, into one of Gujarat’s most trusted multi-capability engineering manufacturers, serving domestic clients and global export customers.

Today, Hi-WiLL operates from a 43,750 sq ft manufacturing campus, housing a fully integrated production ecosystem under one roof: a modern CNC and conventional machine shop, an in-house die and pattern making division, a sand casting unit with 80–90 tonne monthly capacity, along with investment casting and pressure die casting foundries and a comprehensive quality control laboratory. This integration is the foundation of the quality, consistency, and delivery reliability that our clients depend on.

Dies, Patterns & Fixtures Making

Hi-WiLL has been the preferred precision die manufacturer and pattern making company in India. We design and manufacture plastic moulding dies, pressure die casting dies, rubber moulding dies, casting patterns, core boxes, and custom production fixtures.

Every die project begins with a detailed feasibility review, right tool steel, heat treatment, and machining sequence to maximise tool life and production accuracy. First component as accurate as the ten-thousandth.

Sand Casting

80–90 tonnes per month capacity with Electro-therm induction furnace, ARPA 450 moulding machines (×2), and a semi-automatic sand plant. Our foundry covers grey cast iron, SG iron, carbon steel, and alloy steel castings — for parts ranging from small precision components to large industrial housings.

Critically, Hi-WiLL combines sand casting with in-house CNC machining — delivering a fully finished, inspection-verified casting component from a single source. No quality handover risk.

Investment Casting

Hi-WiLL’s investment casting division produces components with exceptional dimensional accuracy and superior surface finish, ideal for complex geometries that are difficult or uneconomical to achieve through conventional sand casting or machining alone. We work with a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys including carbon steel, stainless steel (SS 304, SS 316), alloy steel, and brass.

Our investment casting process, from wax pattern preparation and ceramic shell building through controlled firing, pouring, and finishing, is managed entirely in-house, with full metallurgical and dimensional inspection at every stage.

Pressure Die Casting

Hi-WiLL’s pressure die casting capability delivers high-volume, dimensionally consistent non-ferrous components with excellent surface finish and tight wall thickness control. Using purpose-built dies engineered and manufactured in our own in-house tooling division, we produce aluminium, zinc, and brass die cast components for the automotive, electrical, consumer hardware, and industrial equipment sectors, combining fast cycle times with the dimensional repeatability that high-volume production demands.

Every pressure die casting project at Hi-WiLL begins in our die design studio, where tool steel selection, gate and runner design, and cooling channel layout are optimised for maximum die life and minimum cycle time.
