Our foundry covers grey cast iron, SG iron, carbon steel, and alloy steel castings — for parts ranging from small precision components to large industrial housings.

Investment Casting
Hi-WiLL’s investment casting division produces components with exceptional dimensional accuracy and superior surface finish, ideal for complex geometries that are difficult or uneconomical to achieve through conventional sand casting or machining alone. We work with a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys including carbon steel, stainless steel (SS 304, SS 316), alloy steel, and brass.
Our investment casting process, from wax pattern preparation and ceramic shell building through controlled firing, pouring, and finishing, is managed entirely in-house, with full metallurgical and dimensional inspection at every stage.Â
Pressure Die Casting
Hi-WiLL’s pressure die casting capability delivers high-volume, dimensionally consistent non-ferrous components with excellent surface finish and tight wall thickness control. Using purpose-built dies engineered and manufactured in our own in-house tooling division, we produce aluminium, zinc, and brass die cast components for the automotive, electrical, consumer hardware, and industrial equipment sectors, combining fast cycle times with the dimensional repeatability that high-volume production demands.
