Mr. Rajesh is the technical and commercial backbone of Hi-WiLL Engineering Solutions. With deep expertise in engineering manufacturing, precision machining, die design, and production management, he has been the driving force behind Hi-WiLL’s investment in world-class machinery, quality systems, and manufacturing processes.
His understanding of both the technical demands of precision engineering and the commercial realities of the manufacturing marketplace has enabled Hi-WiLL to grow from a small die-making workshop into a multi-capability engineering manufacturer serving clients across India and for export. His hands-on approach — personally reviewing complex component requirements and quality challenges — sets the standard for the entire production team.

Mr. Chirag is the force behind Hi-WiLL’s most important asset: its people. As Managing Partner for Training and Human Resources, he has built a workforce development culture at Hi-WiLL that is genuinely rare in the precision engineering sector — firmly believing that technological capability without a skilled, continuously learning team is unsustainable.
Under Mr. Chirag’s leadership, Hi-WiLL has maintained a young, energetic team — with over 65% of the workforce under 35 years of age — combining fresh engineering talent with seasoned manufacturing professionals. His vision for Hi-WiLL Education extends this commitment beyond the company’s boundaries, training the next generation of engineering talent across Gujarat.
