Every casting produced at Hi-WiLL moves through a controlled, documented process, from pattern to final inspection, engineered in Delcam/PowerShape and operated under our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Each stage is inspected before the part is allowed to move to the next.

Pattern Development

Patterns built to the customer's drawing or sample, with shrinkage allowance and draft calculated in Delcam/PowerShape before the first cut is made.

Mould Preparation

Sand moulds prepared under controlled sand systems, with moisture, compaction, and permeability checked against internal standards before every pour.

Metal Melting & Pouring

Metal melted and poured under controlled temperature and timing, with chemical composition verified against specification before pouring begins.

Fettling & Finishing

Gates, risers, and excess material removed and surfaces finished to specification — so every casting arrives ready for machining, not rework.
